BENGID LEGACY GHANA LIMITED is a commercial enterprise registered under the laws of Ghana, operating in Kumasi, Ashanti Region. We operate three divisions: Import & Supply of Printing Materials, Automobile Sales, and General Importations. Our company registration details are available upon formal request.

2. Products & Services

• All products displayed on this website (printing materials, vehicles, import goods) are subject to availability at the time of enquiry.
• Product images are representative. Actual products may vary slightly in colour, finish, or specification.
• Vehicle listings are for information purposes. Specifications, condition, and registration details are confirmed at the time of sale.

3. Pricing

• All prices displayed are in Ghana Cedis (GHS) unless otherwise stated.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to exchange rate fluctuations, international shipping costs, and customs duties.
• A binding price is only confirmed upon a formal written quotation or invoice issued by Bengid Legacy Ghana Limited.
• We do not engage in hidden charges. All applicable fees will be clearly stated in the final invoice.

4. Orders & Enquiries

• Submitting an enquiry via our contact form or WhatsApp constitutes an expression of interest, not a binding order.
• A binding purchase agreement is formed only when a formal invoice has been issued and confirmed payment terms have been agreed upon in writing.
• We reserve the right to decline any order or enquiry at our discretion.

5. Payment

• Payment terms (deposit, full payment, instalment plans) will be clearly stated in the formal invoice.
• We accept payment by mobile money (MTN MoMo, Vodafone Cash, AirtelTigo Money), bank transfer, and cash at our offices.
• Title to goods passes to the buyer only upon full and confirmed receipt of payment.

6. Refund & Return Policy

We are committed to fair trading. Our refund policy varies by division:

Printing Materials

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for items that are significantly damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered.
• The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt or invoice.
• Customised or cut-to-size materials are non-returnable unless defective.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days via the original payment method.

Automobile Sales

• All vehicle sales are considered final once the buyer has inspected and accepted the vehicle.
• Refunds will be considered in cases of material misrepresentation of documentation, significant undisclosed mechanical defects discovered within 48 hours of purchase, or where title transfer is legally impeded.
• Bengid Legacy Ghana Limited does not offer warranty on pre-owned or foreign-used vehicles beyond what is explicitly stated in the sales agreement.

General Importations

• Deposits paid for importation orders are non-refundable once sourcing has commenced.
• In the event we are unable to fulfil a confirmed importation order, a full refund of amounts paid will be issued within 14 business days.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Ghanaian law, BENGID LEGACY GHANA LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

• Delays in international freight, port congestion, or customs clearance beyond our reasonable control.
• Force majeure events including natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.
• Your reliance on information displayed on this website, which is provided for general informational purposes only.

8. Intellectual Property

All original content on this website — including text, design, logos, and structure — is the property of BENGID LEGACY GHANA LIMITED. 9. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.
